2019 has come to an end and we are feeling so grateful 🏽to our clients, friends and family for the incredible year North Group had! Check out a few of our favourite moments, here:

 

In terms of real estate, Toronto temperatures might be getting colder but the market is really heating up! Buyers are creating new record-breaking monthly highs in sales, largely led by the condo sector. Greater Toronto home prices reached a new all-time high in the last quarter of 2019, according to the Toronto Real Estate Board.

With all this in mind, experts anticipate that housing prices will skyrocket in 2020.

What does this mean for you? It’s a promising outlook for anyone looking to sell their property this year. Our advice? Whether you’re planning to buy, sell or invest, ensure you have a knowledgeable Realtor by your side to represent you during the process. We know some people.
