When Sara Minty joined forces with North Group founder Amy Youngren, her role was to help Amy create a platform that empowered agents to succeed. Their goal was to go above and beyond simply providing office space and marketing materials to agents. Instead, Sara came on board to research the best tools, establish a platform, and help educate agents to facilitate opportunities and fuel their success.
Sara is the integrator to Amy’s visionary.
Sara sees herself as an integrator on the team. She started not as an agent but in the backend, helping Amy set up North Group’s proprietary method and systems. She was focused on taking Amy’s ideas and making them a reality. In the early days, this ambitious duo understood they couldn’t start bringing on agents until they had the tools and systems in place to help them succeed. And Sara helped North Group do this.
It wasn’t until seven years later that Sara realized that if she really wanted to embrace the idea of integration, she needed to develop herself further. She decided to get her real estate license and leverage the very tools she helped create. Within 90 days, she had completed eight successful real estate transactions. She attributes her unheard-of success to the fact that she didn’t have to spend a lot of time setting up her own business. North Group’s systems did that for her.
