For the past three years, Cody Skrypkowski has been the top producer at North Group. As the first agent to join North Group eight years ago, he is grateful to the team that gave him the wings and confidence to succeed.

Cody’s Story

After revisiting his goals in university, Cody decided to pursue a career in real estate. As an Ottawa native, he admits he arrived in Toronto thinking anything North of Bloor was “really far” from the downtown core. He realized that he'd need a mentor if he wanted to fast-track his growth and success. North Group founder Amy Youngren provided tangible knowledge he could “lean into.”

Cody recognized the important role other people's skills and talents played in his own success. Through North Group’s training, mentorship, and access to high-quality leads, he quickly got his feet wet and forged his own path.

He attributes his success to three things:

1. Managing clients’ expectations 

2. Leading with confidence

3. Establishing long-term client relationships

He hopes to maintain his title as Top Producer as he completes another banner year.
