Just a few months ago, North Group unveiled its fast-tracking real estate team’s growth trajectory, predicting some pretty aggressive plans for the year to come. “Now we’re reaching into markets outside of just Toronto, to serve the entire Golden Horseshoe from Durham through to the Niagara Region. Today, we’re excited and honoured to introduce our newest Partner, Natalie Vanderwier, and announce the official launch of North Group Niagara. Natalie brings nearly a decade of real estate development, property management, sales and leasing experience to the business. Her talent, expertise and, most of all, her passion to elevate the customer experience couldn’t be a more perfect fit.

Expanding into the Niagara Region was a natural choice for both Natalie and the North Group team. With a passion and love for the Region and having lived there for 22 years, Natalie is actively involved in giving back to the community she knows so well. Pairing this with North Group’s client-centric values and her robust industry knowledge is a recipe for success.
