On the heels of a sales career spanning almost two decades, Laurel Legate dove into her real estate business three years ago with a special skill set suited to serving her clients’ distinct desires.
Within her career she spent her time specifically in the advertising industry. Laurel has a client-focused approach to real estate, and more often than not, those clients become friends!
A former Calgarian living in Toronto since 2013, Laurel purchased her first home when she was 25 years old. Now – five properties later – she and her husband have built their dream home in South Etobicoke’s Long Branch neighbourhood, where she keeps her finger on the pulse of the GTA real estate scene.
When she’s not busy making her clients’ dreams come true, Laurel is at home with her husband and four children (plus her first “baby,” a now-15-year-old husky named Nika). An unflinching member of the “5 AM Club”, she’s never late on her own accord, but if she happens to be tardy, be worried—there’s going to be a darn good reason.
A fitness aficionado and former yoga teacher who still lovingly embraces the service-centric concept of namaste (a Sanskrit phrase meaning “to respectfully greet or honor another”), Laurel fills her free time gathering with friends and family over food and wine, reading as much as possible, and – her latest hobby – gardening in her backyard oasis.
