Being born in Wales and spending childhood summers in the UK, you might hear her refer to an airing cupboard (linen closet), the washing room (laundry room), wainscotting (moulding), or the rubbish bin (garbage) but she knows Toronto inside and out, from houses in North Toronto to condos in the downtown core. More recently, Katie has focused her efforts along the DVP corridor, spreading east to Scarborough and Pickering.
Before taking on real estate full time, Katie worked her way up the marketing ladder from Coordinator to Director, before becoming a consultant. As a consultant, her focus morphed into a company focusing on the oversight of large capital projects for condominiums around Toronto, including elevator modernisations, hallway retrofits, and waterproofing membrane rehabilitation.
In everything she does, Katie takes a professional, well-informed, and collaborative approach and she applies those same principles to helping you buy or sell your home or investment property.
While driving from showing to showing, Katie can be found listening to Howard Stern or CBC Radio1; and in her down time, Katie is hiking the trails in Durham with her beloved dog Charlie, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and travelling.
