Just a few months ago, North Group unveiled its fast-tracking real estate team’s growth trajectory, predicting some pretty aggressive plans for the year to come. “Now we’re reaching into markets outside of just Toronto, to serve the entire Golden Horseshoe from Durham through to the Niagara Region. And we’re just getting started.” [Amy Youngren, Co-Founder]

In case you missed the buzz earlier this summer, North Group isn’t just stepping across geographical boundaries, we’re pushing the boundaries of the industry itself. We are actively challenging what it means to buy and sell houses or condos today. We are redefining the real estate experience.

Today, we’re excited and honoured to introduce our newest Partner, Natalie Vanderwier, and announce the official launch of North Group Niagara. Natalie brings nearly a decade of real estate development, property management, sales and leasing experience to the business. Her talent, expertise and, most of all, her passion to elevate the customer experience couldn’t be a more perfect fit.

“Our slogan, Experiences Worth Talking About will ensure that North Group Niagara clients receive the same seamless, hassle-free, white glove service that hundreds of Toronto area clients have become accustomed to, Natalie explained. The shifting real estate market (especially as of late) is becoming even more competitive. We want to ensure that our buyers, sellers and investors alike are confident in their real estate experience with North Group Niagara.”

Expanding into the Niagara Region was a natural choice for both Natalie and the North Group team. With a passion and love for the Region and having lived there for 22 years, Natalie is actively involved in giving back to the community she knows so well. Pairing this with North Group’s client-centric values and her robust industry knowledge is a recipe for success. Natalie states, “I can’t wait to bridge my skill sets from the development world with the marketing and technology machine of North Group to deliver experiences worth talking about right in my own backyard.”
